This is the third quest in the questline to get the 
Cloud Catcher Sails to repair the Cloud Catcher. The player will get this quest automatically after completing Find the Moth Sanctuary quest.

Woodrow in the Sanctuary asks you to bring him some flowers so he can make the Sanctuary bloom again. You need to gather the following flowers:
- 3x
Celium Flower. It grows in The Grasslands. - 3x
Lyabud Flower. It grows in Dapplewood Forest. - 3x
Moonsilk Flower. It grows in Sunderwind Wilds.
After gathering the flowers enter the sanctuary and speak with the sprite Woodrow inside. This starts the quest Wait for the Sanctuary to Bloom.
